'Poem' for the week -- "Part Of It":
I can only have
part of it.
I want
all of it
but I can't;
for I would consume it
if it were all mine.
It needs to be
embraced
and let go. Both.
Pain over this
is not my best
informer,
rather
my teacher:
Enjoy the part
I have
and share the rest
with someone else.
Besides
part of it
is more than
enough.
